Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange within seven (7) days from the invoice date.

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be accompanied by the original invoice

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be unused and in resaleable condition

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment or as store credit, at the discretion of P&R Distribution.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Items returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance conditions. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Final Decision

P&R Distribution reserves the right to inspect all returned items and make the final decision on eligibility for refund or exchange.
