At P&R Distribution, we move goods with care — from our shelves to your space. Whether it’s tools, home essentials, or bulk buys, here’s how shipping works.

Shipping Availability

We offer delivery across Trinidad & Tobago. Shipping options and timelines may vary based on location, order size, and item type.

Shipping Rates & Weight Structure

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight brackets.

  • Each shipment is charged in increments of 60 lbs

  • Up to 60 lbs = one shipping rate

  • 61–120 lbs = two shipping rates

  • 121–180 lbs = three shipping rates, and so on

This structure exists because each shipment is only permitted a maximum of 60 lbs per load. Orders exceeding 60 lbs will automatically be split into multiple shipments and charged accordingly.

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before confirmation of your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed daily, including weekends, and excluding public holidays.

Once processed, delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Large, Bulky & Special Items

Certain items (such as appliances, freezers, furniture, or bulk wholesale orders) may:

  • Require special handling

  • Incur additional delivery charges

  • Have separate delivery timelines

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • Accurate delivery information is provided

  • Someone is available to receive the order

P&R Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
